Aint that the truth. I thought it fascinating hearing Ken's commentary on what was happening in the Haight scene and how he actually found it kind of sad, a "loss of innocence" kind of thing.

That and finally kicking out all the hangers-on from his house and seeking a "simpler, less cluttered life" up on his ranch.

I'd like to see that, having recently watched the Mountain Girl illustrated lecture. It's good to get another view of these historic periods. Carolyn Cassidy's 'Off the Road' is another great alternate take.
